At the risk of repeating myself, it has been a real revelation to me how the WhatsApp group that was set up to share Zoom codes for Chi Living classes has metamorphosised into an online group that is mutually supportive and super-friendly; its is definitely and yoga focussed but often funny and always positive. We all have the opportunity to embrace technology to create and maintain social groups beyond our face to face lives - and to be an encourager, an uplifter, a supporter, a listener, and a friend.

When all this is over I hope that I can say I have seized this opportunity.
