The most recent available data about mental health in young people tells us that one in ten young people are living with some form of diagnosable mental health condition, and half of all mental health conditions first occur by the age of 14.


Chi Living for Young People is aimed at people aged 14 to 18. The classes are designed to promote physical health through yoga asanas, and to develop emotional wellbeing and resilience through mindfulness and NLP techniques. This yoga and mindfulness programme is built around the ups and downs of the academic year to help young people take a balanced and proactive approach to the challenges of school and college life.
