Relentlessly Positive

My mantra throughout the pandemic has been "Stay Relentlessly Positive".

But that has been difficult over the last few months - and I know I am not on my own in thinking this. Lots of people have contacted me to say how emotionally hard they have been finding lockdown life. Now with a light at the end of the tunnel, it is a good time to think about what our post-pandemic lives will look like.

I started doing yoga to help me manage my mental illness, and so I know from first hand experience about the emotional, as well as physical, benefits of yoga - in fact that is what inspired me to start teaching yoga classes.

So I have put together a short ebook to get people started on their first 30 days of yoga. It is completely free if you sign up to the Chi Living Yoga website.

All you need to do is go to

and complete the pop-up box with your name and email address. It couldn’t be easier. You

will receive a link to the ebook straight away.
