People regularly tell me that they have big differences in the left and right sides of their body - differences in terms of strength, flexibility, and range of motion. This is perfectly natural. Most of us favour one side of our body in day to day life, and this inevitably has an impact on our physiology. For example, imagine how many times you have picked something up with your dominant hand over your lifetime; millions of times. So embrace the difference, accept that this is all part of the journey, and above all enjoy your yoga.
