Chi Living Yoga
Chi Living yoga classes are based on the principles of hatha yoga, incorporating yoga poses (asanas) breathing techniques, and meditation.
These informal classes are attended by people from a wide range of backgrounds and cater for different abilities. Some of the classes are designed for students wishing to extend their yoga practice, whilst other are more suitable for novice students.
Classes take place throughout the week in different locations, and in an innovative partnership project several classes are delivered in collaboration with a group practice of GPs at a community medical centre.
