There is a wealth of evidence to show the amazing physical and mental health benefits of yoga.

And yet, not many of the people who want to start yoga, actually does it, and I wanted to find out why that was. So I surveyed a group of people on social media groups, and asked them what were the main barriers to them starting yoga.

So let’s revisit those three main barriers to starting yoga
